Without a defined process, a returned item can end up waiting in a corner for someone to decide what to do with it. Stock figures drift, and goods that could be sold again lose their value on a shelf.
ShipRevo treats both directions as one operation. Inbound, storage, picking and dispatch are handled alongside returns and quality control, on the same stock record and under procedures agreed with the owner of the goods.

What we run on.
These are the rules we work by, and you can ask us how each one applies to your goods.
Write it down first
Receiving rules, packing standards and return criteria are agreed in writing during onboarding. If it is not written down, we ask you instead of guessing.
Unchecked is not stock
A delivery or a return becomes available stock only after someone has checked it. Until then it is kept apart.
Your goods, your decision
You keep ownership of the goods and the final say on what happens to them. We carry out the procedure and record what was done.
Problems reported early
When something goes wrong in the warehouse, our rule is to tell you promptly, so you can act before it reaches your customers.
Clear scope
What we do not do is listed as clearly as what we do. If your product is outside what we can handle safely, you hear that before you ship.
We name what we can back up
We name integrations, figures and capabilities publicly once they can be backed up. For your goods and volumes, we confirm them in the quote. How we approach integrations.
