Short terms for the free services on this site: reading the content and using the quote form. They do not cover logistics services, which need a separate contract.

Service provider
The site is run by BSV-SLOT sp. z o.o., ul. Szczęśliwa 10A/6, 53-446 Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0001085175, tax ID (NIP) 8943228844, email office@shiprevo.pl. Full company details are in the legal notice. These terms set out how electronic services are provided, as required by the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
Types and scope of services
- Access to content: reading information about our services and the articles on the site.
- Quote form: sending us a request for an individual quote.
Both services are free and need no account. The site is aimed at people acting for businesses.
Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser. The form needs JavaScript switched on, a working email address and the ability to load the Cloudflare Turnstile check. If the form does not work, write or call: details are in the legal notice.
Start and end of the agreement
The agreement for access to content starts when you open the site and ends when you leave it. The agreement for using the form starts when you begin filling it in and ends when you send or abandon it. You can stop using the site at any time, without giving a reason.
What is not allowed
You must not supply unlawful content through the site, send spam, or interfere with the site or its protections. We may disregard submissions that break these rules.
Risks and software
Using the internet carries the usual risks, such as malware, phishing, data interception on unsecured networks and messages impersonating a sender. Keep your software up to date and check the site address and the sender of any message.
The site code reaches your browser, and at the last step of the form so does the Cloudflare Turnstile script, which protects the form from bots. What gets stored in your browser is described on the Cookies page.
The form does not create a logistics contract
Sending the form is a request for a quote. Site content and our reply, unless they expressly say otherwise, are not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. We provide logistics services only under a separate contract.
Complaints
Send a complaint about how the site works to office@shiprevo.pl or to the company's address. Describe the problem and tell us how to reply. We will answer within 30 days of receiving it, by the same route unless you ask for another.
Personal data and changes to these terms
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. We may change these terms, for example when site functions or the law change. A new version applies from the date shown below and does not cover earlier submissions.
Polish law applies to these terms. They do not limit any rights that the law says cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
