Four ways out of the returns desk.
- Back to stock
- Repack, then stock
- Quarantine
- Your decision

Services
E-commerce logistics in Poland: three core services.

- 3PL warehousing and B2BPallets, cartons, retailer preparation and wholesale orders.
- Value-added servicesKitting, bundling, labelling and repacking, to a written work instruction.
- Poland to GermanyParcels and pallets from a Polish warehouse, with returns planned during set-up.
- Logistics outsourcingWhen handing logistics over makes sense, what you pass on and what stays yours.
The operation
From inbound to outbound, and back again.
The steps below are the backbone. Your SOP decides the details at each one. Example process. Scope, criteria and reporting are agreed with each client in writing.
- 01
Inbound
Delivery checked against your advance notice. Quantity differences are reported before they become stock errors.
- 02
Storage
SKUs get assigned locations. Client stock is recorded separately, so a count covers your goods alone.
- 03
Picking
Orders are picked by location and confirmed against the SKU.
- 04
Packing
Packed to your standard: materials, inserts, labelling and any retailer requirements.
- 05
Dispatch
Handed to the carrier, with the shipment recorded against the order.
- R1
Receipt
The parcel is registered and matched to an order or RMA, or flagged if it matches nothing.
- R2
Identify
SKU, and serial or lot number where relevant, documented before anything else happens.
- R3
Inspect
Condition checked against your criteria, with photographs where your procedure calls for them.
- R4
Route
Saleable, repack, quarantine, or waiting for your decision. Four outcomes, set out in your procedure.
- R5
Report
Stock updated only for released items, and the activity logged so it can be audited and billed.
Returns, in practice
What happens to a return?
Pick a condition. This is how a written returns procedure turns a judgement call into a repeatable decision.
The returned item is...
Back to saleable stock
- Who decides
- Your procedure, applied by our team. No extra approval needed.
- What happens to stock
- Released to available stock after the check.
- What is recorded
- SKU confirmation, match to the order or RMA, date and operator.
Repack, then back to stock
- Who decides
- Your procedure defines what counts as acceptable packaging.
- What happens to stock
- Held until repacked, then released to available stock.
- What is recorded
- Condition note, photographs if required, materials used.
Quarantine
- Who decides
- Your procedure sets the next step: return to you, handover to a liquidator you name, or disposal you arrange.
- What happens to stock
- Blocked, and not shown as available to sell.
- What is recorded
- Photographs of the damage, defect note, location in quarantine.
Waiting for your decision
- Who decides
- You. We send what we found and hold the item until you answer.
- What happens to stock
- Held separately, outside saleable stock.
- What is recorded
- Everything we can establish, flagged as an exception.
Example process, not a client record. Refund decisions and consumer communication stay with the merchant.
How we work
What to expect from us.
Written procedures before the first parcel
Receiving rules, packing standards and return criteria are agreed in writing during onboarding. If it is not written down, we ask you rather than guess.

Your stock, recorded separately
Your goods are tracked as yours from inbound onwards, so a count, an adjustment or a return touches your stock alone.

Direct contact with your warehouse team
You deal directly with the people running your account in the warehouse. If something goes wrong, our rule is to tell you straight away.

Clear scope
Our service pages list what is excluded as clearly as what is included. If your product is outside what we can handle safely, we tell you before your first delivery.

Reach
From one warehouse across the EU.
A warehouse near Wrocław, in south-west Poland. One stock position serves orders from Poland, Germany and other EU countries.
We select carriers to fit your destinations and requirements, and confirm coverage and terms in the quote, together with the return path.
- What we cover
- Parcels and pallets to the EU countries confirmed in your quote, and a planned path for what comes back.
- What stays with you
- VAT, packaging registrations and consumer-law duties in the countries you sell to. We explain what to check, using Germany as the example.
B2B
B2B logistics as well as parcels.
Manufacturers and distributors often need something between a parcel fulfilment house and a large contract warehouse: pallet storage, carton picks, retailer-ready labelling and light assembly work.
We scope that work around your actual requirements, including the routing guides your customers send you. If a requirement needs equipment or a procedure we would have to set up first, the quote says so.
- Pallet and carton storage
- Wholesale picking and pallet building
- Labelling and retailer preparation
- Kitting and light assembly to a written instruction
