Services
Logistics services: hand over what takes your time.
Six services from one warehouse and one stock record. Hand over as much of the daily logistics as you want.

The six services
What each logistics service actually involves.
Five common starting points for outsourcing.
You do not buy a package. You pick the activities your operation needs and each one is scoped and billed on its own. Here is how 3PL billing is usually built.
Your situation
- Fulfilment
- returns
SKU master data, packing standard, how orders reach us
- Fulfilment
- shipping to Germany
- returns
Destinations, carrier service, where German customers send returns
- 3PL and B2B
- value-added services
Routing guides, label specifications, pallet height and pallet type
- Returns
- quality control
- value-added services
Grading criteria, what may be repacked, what happens to rejected items
- Fulfilment
- 3PL and B2B
Which channel gets stock first when it runs short, and who decides
Examples of how scope is usually put together, not client records.
The six services
- Parcels
E-commerce fulfilment
Inbound checked against your advance notice, stock in assigned locations, orders picked and confirmed against the SKU, packed to your standard and handed to carriers selected for your destinations.
- Pallets and B2B
3PL warehousing and B2B
Pallet and carton storage, wholesale picking, pallet building and retailer preparation worked from the routing guide your customer sent you. If a requirement needs equipment we would have to set up first, the quote says so.
- Reverse flow
Returns and RMA
Parcels registered and matched to an order or RMA, or flagged if they match nothing. Checked to your criteria, then routed to stock, repack, quarantine or your decision.
- Value recovery
Quality control and recommerce
Condition grading to your SOP, photographs, repacking and preparation for resale where that is permitted and worth doing. You keep the goods and the sale.
- Work on the product
Value-added services
Kitting, bundling, labelling and repacking to a written work instruction, with component counts and materials recorded so the job can be checked and billed.
- Poland to Germany
Shipping to Germany
Parcels and pallets into Germany from the Polish warehouse, through carriers selected for your requirements, with a planned path for what comes back. We have no warehouse in Germany.
One operation
The same stock, whichever service touches it.
Splitting fulfilment, returns and kitting between suppliers can create gaps at the handovers: a returned item nobody has released, a kit built from stock the shop still shows as available, a repack nobody recorded.
Here those steps sit in one operation under procedures agreed with you. A return does not re-enter available stock until it has been checked. Components drawn for a kit leave available stock when the work order starts. Activities are logged, which is also what makes the invoice possible to check.
- Your goods tracked as yours from inbound onwards
- Written procedures agreed before the first parcel
- Activities recorded and billed as separate lines

Scope
What we do, and what we do not.
So you can judge the fit before your first delivery.
In scope
- Receiving, counting and storage in assigned locations
- Parcel fulfilment for online sales
- Pallet and carton handling, wholesale orders, retailer preparation
- Returns registration, checks, photographs, grading to your SOP, quarantine, restock and repack
- Kitting, bundling and labelling to a written instruction
- Shipments to Germany through carriers selected for your requirements
Out of scope
- Dangerous goods, pharmaceuticals and chilled food
- Repair, refurbishment and secure data wiping
- Selling your goods, on marketplaces or anywhere else
- Refund decisions and communication with your customers
- Customs brokerage
- VAT, packaging registration and consumer-law duties, which stay with you as the merchant
Lithium batteries and other restricted goods are checked individually before we quote. We run one warehouse in Poland, with no German warehouse and no fleet of our own.
Before you decide
- How onboarding worksWho does what from the first conversation to live orders.
- Technology and integrationsHow data moves and how it is tested before go-live.
- The warehouse near WrocławOne location, and what that means for Poland and Germany.
- Logistics outsourcingWhether to hand logistics over at all, what you pass on and what stays yours.
- E-commerce logistics guidesChoosing a provider, onboarding, costs, returns and shipping to Germany.
