About the quote

How the quote process works.

What if I do not have exact numbers?

Pick a range, or choose "Not sure". We ask about what matters during the conversation, such as carton dimensions and how returns should be handled.

What will the quote look like?

Itemised by activity: receiving, storage, order handling, materials, returns and additional work, with the assumptions written next to the prices. What those lines usually mean.

Should I name my sales platform or WMS?

Please do, if you can. It helps us tell you early what would need testing or a custom integration, which we build where no ready connection exists. It commits neither side. How we approach integrations.

What should I leave out?

Please do not include your customers’ personal data in the notes. Data you send through the form is handled as described in the privacy policy.

What happens after I send it?

We read it, check that your product range suits the warehouse, and ask about what is missing. If it does not fit, for instance because of a product we cannot handle, we tell you. What onboarding involves.
